Our kitchen is built on freshness. From our 25lb sourdough starter used for daily dough to our made-to-order entrees, we strive for quality in every bite.
With 17 craft handles on tap, we offer everything from our Feeley Irish Red to the World Gone Hazy NEIPA. There is a style here for every season.
Off The Rails Brewing was built in the heart of Historic Downtown Pocatello, inspired by the railroad roots that helped shape both its name and identity. What started as a local brewery and restaurant has grown into a downtown gathering place where good beer, quality food, live music, and community all share the same table. From the beginning, Off The Rails was never meant to feel stiff or overdone. It was built to feel real — welcoming, energetic, and connected to the community. Whether you’re here for a pint after work, dinner with family, or a night of live music with friends, OTR is meant to feel like somewhere you can settle in and come back to often.
Justin and Peyton have been involved with Off The Rails since the beginning. When the brewery faced the immediate challenges of launching during COVID, they stepped deeper into the business and helped guide it forward.
Since May of 2020, Justin and Peyton have played an active role in shaping the experience at Off The Rails — working to raise the standard for the food, the beer, the service, and the overall environment. Today, alongside Greg and Crystal as part of the ownership group, that commitment continues with a simple goal: keep building a place Pocatello can be proud of.
This next chapter is not about becoming something different. It is about becoming more intentional, more consistent, and even stronger in the things people already love about Off The Rails.
